Flat Rock Studio Space

Flat Rock Studio
2002 S. School Ave.
Fayetteville, ARkansas

Flat Rock Studio is a privately owned clay studio. We established it for those with an interest in pottery and sculptural clay as well as in need of a place to work in a community format. The aim of the studio is to expose individuals to the excitement of working with clay and the firing process at multiple levels while building community.

There are three general ways that Flat Rock Studio is committed to making the clay arts available to area artists:

Visiting Artist Workshops: We offer a monthly series of workshops for the more advanced studies on specific topics ranging from kiln firing and glaze calculation to colored clay and throwing techniques.

Topical Weekend Classes: NEW: We are now offering on Saturdays a series of 3 hr

topical classes.  Check the calendar for upcoming topics, dates and times.

Classes: By opening up our doors and sharing our enthusiasm for creativity in clay, we hope to enrich the artistic community.

Studio Membership: Studio space is also available for a rate of $75 a month (this price does not include clay, supplies or firing fees).
